This seminar was presented cooperatively by Federal and Provincial partners to provide education on effective water safety management plans to reduce exposure to Legionella. Multiple stakeholders should be involved in this management practice, from building/healthcare owners and managers to safety managers, public water operations, public health officials and inspectors. Each has a role to play in reducing Legionella exposure and Legionnaires’ disease.
