The workshop will support the work of Quality Management Standard representatives, utility managers, operators and municipal decision-makers

The Walkerton Clean Water Centre (WCWC) will be hosting the workshop, Drinking Water Quality Management Standard, in three locations this spring.

Drinking Water Quality Management Standard is a two-day workshop to support Quality Management Standard representatives, utility managers, water system operators, regulators and municipal decision-makers as they carry out their responsibilities associated with the Drinking Water Quality Management Standard.

Participants will rotate through interactive breakout sessions facilitated by industry experts. Breakout session topics include: management review; root cause analysis; pre-authorized alterations and records implications; best management practices; cybersecurity; and on-the-job practical training.

The workshop will be offered in three locations this April:

  • April 10 & 11 in Cambridge, Ontario
  • April 17 & 18 in Cobourg, Ontario
  • April 23 & 24 in Sudbury, Ontario
